How do I get my PPI claim started?

Simply complete and send us a Client Questionnire for each claim, a signed and dated Letter of Authority, and any supporting information you have regarding your payment protection policy(ies). You can download these forms by clicking on "PPI Forms", or ask us to send you a pack.

Once we have received your paperwork we can build your personalised case using our knowledge of the industry.

At this point we will send you a Terms of Business Agreement which you will need to sign and return to us.

We will then approach the provider on your behalf.

1. Sign and complete: Letter of Authority and Client Questionnaire(s)  (one for each PPI Claim). Return completed forms  2. We will assess your claims. If there is a case for mis-selling we will send you our Terms of Business Agreement(s). 3. Sign and date your Terms of Business Agreement and return to us along with a cheque for £10 payable to each of the lenders you wish to claim from. 4. Your personal claims administrator will call you  to introduce themselves and will remain your point of contact for help and advice throughout your PPI claim
