What will I have to do?

  1. Complete a Client Questionnaire which we provide. This helps us establish the degree of mis-selling. You will need to complete a questionnaire for each PPI policy you believe you were mis-sold.
  2. Complete a Letter of Authority which we provide. This gives us authority to talk to your lender/s. If the claim is a joint claim, then both parties will need to sign. If you wish to claim for more than one PPI policy you will need to enter the name of the seller for each policy in the box provided.
  3. Return all of the above to us along with any documentation you have in relation to the claim/s.

We will then approach the creditors on your behalf and begin the process of reclaiming what is rightfully yours.
